Agreed on heatherman. I'd say one more year more than likely. But like our outcome this year, that's entirely dependent on how effectively we replace bain & Mesi and the linebackers develope. If we struggle in any way with both then his coaching will also get questioned. I feel pretty good about it. Cause other than Notre lame this season is effectively one large scrimmage with the schedule we have.

It’s not impossible but I have to see it with this prospect to believe it. Can we? Yes but it’s unlikely imo. I hope we do he’s a need for next season. Plug and play and he will be practicing vs Matthew’s so it will help. OSU OL is not the same as it used to be, huge weakness for them imo.

He's not a need for next season at all. It's an aberration to get starter type results out of true freshman when you talk about line play. We've been real lucky with that.

I agree but I also find it hard to believe he is is willing to uproot his family, young family at that, to chase the revolving door that is position group coaching in the nfl.

Now if he’s chasing a coordinator role in the league then I understand why he is willing to do that in the short term
