It seems that the word commitment is thrown around in many different contexts, when it doesn't actually occur until NSD. Everything else would appear to be an offer with an indication of interest by a recruit. We all have seen what happens with "commitments" on NSD, they flip, because there was never a real "commitment". I could be wrong, but that is what appears to be the recruiting process as we know it today.

When kids start to put a percentage on their commitment its usually not a good thing for the committed team, i dont see this kid sticking with it

I remember a college girlfriend telling me that she was pregnant. She asked for $100 to pay for my half of the abortion procedure. I said, "yeah but you're only like 15% pregnant..." So I threw her a twenty and told her to keep the change.

/oh wait.

You're cool.

I don't understand the allure to play WR at U***

if the kids just sit down and put the film on they would see
If you come to Miami you will learn how to play all the receiver
Spots and special teams

Your in an NFL pro style system not a bogus option running back filled offense

You get national exposure and we are about to start competing for national championships

If we beat FSU we will have dominated the state of Dlorida

It's a no brainier Al program is even bein respected amongst NFL scout because of their development

Look what he done with the talent thus far imagine a class full of stars

We should send every UF commit we are after a clip of that clown Muschamp going off on his players on the sidelines, and juxtapose it with Golden and Malcolm Lewis last year at GT.....how anyone can play for that classless **** is beyond me.

Yes because Muschamp is the only coach to yell at a player for effing up. Any coach who yells at a player in a game is classless. Based on this logic, Golden is apparently the only coach with class and every d-1 recruit should sign with Miami. How are your two situations analogous anyway? Lewis was injured on the field, that has nothing to do with a player ******** up mid game and being yanked. When Driskel was injured for example, Muschamp went out and was there every step of the way.

As another example, when Debose had his ACL surgery, Muschamp spent the entire evening at the medical center with him when his family couldn't drive up. But yea...he doesn't care about his players at all.

Shut up seriously.... your coach is a POS....21-16 we win you lose! we own you.....good bye

LOL you're cool.

I think this is the part where you wish a UF player a shredded knee, you're doing it wrong.

Yes some coaches yell at their players, but come on......

This guy will not be your coach for very long, and it sucks b/c I wish he would stay there for a long time, guy sucks.

Sorry, but I wouldn't want my son to play for this POS

You know Muschamp isn't the guy to get it done at UF. The dude will be a great coordinator for years to come. But he isn't HC material. Foley panicked and did what ADs with too much money to spend do - he hired the highest profile name he could get.

No matter how many recruits the Bull Gators buy (don't pretend they aren't), UF is heading the way of Tennessee in the near term.

I look forward to the autopsy after Muschamp is fired next year.

Agree on the bold, don't think he's championship level but don't think he's as bad as some on here would like to believe either. He's held in high regard by a lot of top coaches.

Disagree about heading the way of Tennesee, UF recruits too well for that to happen. And unless they make a series of really bad hires, that's unlikely. Even if Muschamp isn't the guy (and I was never convinced he was) the roster will be stacked for the next coach, he can recruit if not do anything else.

Are you serious? Have you seen the WAY he yells at players. I have seen coaches get ****ed and go off...I have never seen it to the level Muschamp does it. If anyone in any walk of life went off on me like that we wouldn't be associated much longer at the minimum, and more than likely there'd be a physical altercation. It's classless, and it's degrading. You don't behave that way with adults and much less young men/kids....I'm sorry. If Al Golden did that I'd be calling him out to. The guy get's ******* unhinged and it's downright disrespectful.

I do agree UF will and should always have a stacked roster. I can only assume boosters are losing patience there. I would if I were them.

Well it apparently bothers you more than it does the players. Almost to a man they love the dude. He rides them harder then anybody else but when they make plays he's the first one over there jumping on them and hugging them. The dude has had bloody foreheads on the sideline from headbutting his players celebrating with them, that's his style.

You act as if he is getting personal with these guys, that isn't the case. Now would I react well to that type of coaching? Probably not, but you or I aren't on the team. He sure as **** ain't the first and won't be the last to ream out players when the eff up. Calling it 'classless' is just over the top dramatic. If that is your view on it, then 95% of coaches are classless. Some of the greatest coaches are worse, Saban immediately comes to mind. Jimmy Johnson was a mean SOB too, you should research some of the punishment he laid out to players or some of the things he cut Cowboy players for. This isn't little league.

1. True, but it is the program he is committed too. Should we discus coaches who yell that are not in contention of his services? We're comparing Muschump to Golden here.

2. That is a nice thing about Debose. This guy does have some issues though, this is his coaching style. He will live and die by this.

Nobody is hoping a UF player shreds his knee...

We already beat your a$$es with your best player before he tore his ACL(Easly who is a monster and IMO best DLineman in the country this year including Clowney).

Sucks to be you guys, is all I gotta say.

UF has only beaten UM once in my lifetime(in 2008) and it was in the swamp with a returning National Championship winning team and a Hiesman winning QB(Tebow) and Percy Harvin and a very solid Defense against a Randy Shannon led team that started I believe 9 freshman in that game and our QB was redshirt freshman Robert Marve, and we still kept it really close till late in the 3rd quarter.

Yet with how much **** I have gotten from **** fans since that loss in 2008, you would think they have owned the series or even recent series, but since you guys are too ***** to play us on a regular basis, your dumb a$$ fans only remember 2008 and not all the times we raped you guys.

All you used to be able to say was "stop living in the past", now you can't even use that.

UF will now always and forever be our *****

Deal with it....

I guess we have different standards....Maybe I'm not used to getting disrespected in front of 80k fans, and a national TV audience....hey, what can I say, some of us have pride.
