It would make sense. He was at Texas with Manny and Major. Plenty of experience. OC at Southern Miss. Passing game coordinator and WR coach at OU. WR coach with the Vikings too.

Dugans is pretty hilarious to me at this point. Seems like a good guy. Very good recruiter. Good at coaching WR's to block.
