I don't think that's kosher.

I guess with all the lawyers on here I assumed you guys understood I didn’t mean they would be dumb enough to put pay for play directly in the contract or anything that could be considered pay for play. Yet they would still find a back door to protect themselves against non or poor performance indirectly.
