Agree. I like the boxes and lines that separate the time stamp at the top and reactions at the bottom. Keeps all that separated and cleaner.

The background is a slightly different shade and I can't see things like join date without expanding the box under the icon. How am I supposed to spot trolls? Also, it looks like the messages themselves are taller with the new format while putting less info on the screen.
