There's no other portal cycle this year. Timeline for entry for this single portal window is the 16th. Except for us and Indiana who have a few extra days for our players to leave (we can't back channel a random replacement seemingly)

Yes because they switched the contracts up to align with the one portal season; and there is revenue sharing now. I was thinking dudes would still leave without a portal but the contracts are serious now & would probably get you in legal trouble unless you pay back however much you signed for
