Dante Moore (is not in the portal)

I know the money is much greater in the nfl but just for quality of life he should consider staying in college. He does not seem like a man who is mentally ready for the challenges of the nfl. Fans are ruthless and will be calling for his head in short order.

To be honest, Moore's agent can just report that his client refuses to play for the Jets. And then the Jets can trade out of that spot (if the Raiders do take Mendoza), and collect a treasure of picks.

Rams have two first rounds this year; Browns have two first rounds this year. Both teams would take Moore.

Jets trade their #2 overall pick to the Rams for Rams two first round one picks this year and their 1st round next year.

Rams take Moore

this trade will give Jets:

First round: #13, #16, #30.
Second round: #33, #44

That's five picks in the first 44 spots. And they will also have their own #1 next year plus Rams #1 next year with the trade.

With the #13 and #16 take the two best tackles on the board with Mauigoa and Spano. Go for CB hood or CB Terrell with the #30. Take Mesidor with the #33. And then in 2027, you have your first round pick (which will certainly be top 5) and Rams first round pick.Take. your QB in 2027
 
Raiola has a broken fibula. That’s like a 2-3 months of recovery. Not a big deal.

Nobody has given a valid reason in why he hasn’t declared. Doesn’t mean he won’t.

Dante sitting behind Gabriel isn’t the same amount of money as Raiola sitting behind Moore. Those are several millions in difference.

I don't see the point of him transferring either, unless Oregon doesn't believe in him.

Would be utterly shocked if the rams traded UP, and took Moore.

I am a rams fan. We trade down and collect 6th round picks 😂.

In all seriousness, Simpson would strike me as more of a rams QB target than Moore.

But if we do trade up and take Moore like in your scenario., I’ll quote Rams GM Les Snead

Simpson is officially signing papers to enter today. Already reported on his thread.

But Moore is still thinking about it?
Some reports prior to the last game had his grade to be top 10 overall.

And yet he still hasn’t declared and I believe it’s either today or tomorrow for the deadline to declare.
Now idk how set in stone that is. Is the nfl gonna say no if he declares next week?
Again, very weird he hasn't declared.
