What's UCF's record this year? The defensive style of negative plays and turnovers (#18 in country) is perfectly suited for UCF's high powered offense. Turnovers give the offense more chances to score. Just as a reminder, in order to win a football game, one team has to score more points than the other. It's a high risk high reward defense. Last year UCF D was #18 in turnovers. This year (under Shannon) it's #2, ahead of Miami. It's still a highly effective defense for the style of offense, which is part of the reason why UCF is currently sitting at 12-0.

Yeah so not giving up 30/31 to Memphis, 36 to FAu, and 40 to Temple doesnt help that when it forces your offense to score 40+ a game, christ
Guess what, when you play an actual good team those teams tend not to turn the ball over compared to the likes of SMU
Then again when they get *** blasted by LSU your argument will be well they have 1*
Any justification for his horrendous coaching at Florida?
