Did Ruiz actually say a deal was “signed” or is this journalist committing libel? Ruiz said the long-snapper agreed to a deal. The long-snapper said he pulled out before the deal was signed.

“Agreed” isn’t “executed”….

He is basically saying he did agree to the deal, but then decided not to execute it due to **** he saw on Twitter…that’s how I read it anyway.
