Eh, it’s more likely this Kade guy has an enemy, bitter ex, etc. that set this up and sent those messages than it is that a guy who works in IT would be stupid enough to send something like that from his own account with his real name and photo. That image above says he only has one post made from his IG account. This just seems off.

In my opinion i don’t think what the guy wrote is a crime because there is no threat or harassment only expressions of hate and racism which are protected under the first amendment.

I think this jack *** is 100% guilty. I think he typed it out and hit "send". I don't think anyone was trying to set him up as claimed by another poster. If someone was trying to get back at this guy, why would they type out a nasty, racist tirade about Damon Wilson? Doesn't make sense.

No, this Kade idiot was watching the game, alcohol probably involved. Not using that as an excuse. He may have had prop bets on Wilson and Wilson did not record any stats for the game. Or, he may have been upset about the penalty flag Wilson drew to negate the TD. Wilson basically hadn't done much all night, so he took his frustrations out on Wilson.

Either way, dude needs a couple hard punches to the face or gut.
