Damari Brown [status questions relating to health prior to Natty Game]

In the Oregon game announcers were saying that they oregons coaches felt they could beat Indiana with outside runs. But unfortunately for them their RBs were out and they got off script because of the early turnovers…

That sounds like we really need to get Prongle sprinkled back in the game.
I’ve been saying that the outside run is there for the taking the entire playoffs. Outside the tackles and C-gap especially have gone for 5+ yards every single time. B-gap runs with a pulling guard or tackle are unstoppable. Then Dawson goes away from it for a long while. I’ve also said that these runs traditionally go to the smaller backs but should not for this team. Fletcher and Brown should get these carries (make DBs tackle them on the edges) Imo, Pringle has the better vision, feet, urgency, suddenness, decisiveness and quickness to run in between the tackles.

I’d be surprised if he plays. Hasn’t practiced in how long? Still no word if there overturning Lucas bs call?
Here’s a prime example of a poster on here not knowing what the **** he’s talking about when it comes to anything according to this team. Here’s a News flash for your sport. He practiced the full week before the ole Miss game and he’s been practicing this whole time before the national championship game. So maybe in the future just come on here and just say, I don’t know what the **** I’m talking about because it’s worth more than what you just said in your post.

Thanks. We need damari brown's physicality at CB against Indiana's big WR's. I hope he will play which will help given the fact lucas is out the 1st half and our injuries at CB lately. I don't think we can afford to play Antoine too much and rely on him that much against Indiana.

I believe he will play because he’s finally healthy now.

I don’t take anything personal, but it does irritate me when people come out here and say things that aren’t true. And what you said isn’t true. He’s been practicing since the beginning of practice for ole Miss.

Youl be ok princess. Change the tampon. We’re good

Brown just needs to give us a half of football. Realistically 2-3 drives if the game goes the way we want.

This. If he can't play, I'm feeling real uneasy playing Day/Antoine for a half. HAving OJF a full go will help tremendously

They have 3 stellar WRs. Oconoor, OJF and I imagine Scott will take them on? This is where missing Lucas hurts so that Scott can help elsehwere.

4 good WR, 1 good HB/TE.
Cooper (slot), Becker(speed X), Sarratt (back shoulder man- Y), Williams Jr (plays X and Y), 37 at TE

OJ vs Becker in the first half
Lucas vs Becker in the second half
Scott vs Cooper
O-Connor vs Sarratt
Thomas vs TE

Not worried about Slime Antoine playing at all, he is a baller. But I am concerned about Day. Day is boom or bust at this time in his development. It’s either a pick or a completely busted coverage. He’ll become more steady with added reps. Just not in this game.

Slime has been a stud for us and anyone concerned about him anymore just doesn’t know the game and is only looking at the fact that he’s a freshman. That dude is stuck to wide receivers in their routes. He’s a stud.

It's not that Indiana is bad against the run, its that you can scheme some big hitters on them because they stunt a lot. They're actually one of the best teams in the nation against A gap runs tho
