Dalvin Cook Rivals Article

Cook is a mastermind at playing games with each fanbase. Don't care what he says until he decommits.

What's the newest update on him from today?

-"Miami's got a chance," he said. "I'm not going to say they're out."
-Says there's a good chance that him, Darling and Yearby play together in college. He's recruiting them to U*** and they are recruiting him to the U.
-Grew up a Cane fan, as so is his family - "I was always a Devin Hester fan," he says - and Cook has called Miami his dream school.
-Says if UM keeps up its winning ways this season, "it will help" with him. Cook wants to play for a team that competes for national titles.
-Talk to Hurlie Brown on a weekly basis, not just about football but everuthing.
-Asked the chance he switches his commitment in the end, Cook said, "I don't know yet. I just have to keep feeling things out."

Cook must be doing his best Patrick Petersen impersonation and telling every fanbase what they want to hear.

So let me understand this kid, he says he is "100% committed to UF."

A day later....

Now he say's "Miami's got a chance. I'm not going to say they're out."

I suppose both of the above can be true.

I tried to tell y'all. World class trolling going on with this recruitment.

I for one am sick of hearing about Dalvin Cook. He's Mathew Thomas ll. He has given absolutely no indication that he has any interest in the U. Quit recruiting him, quit feeding rumors about him, quit talking about him. I'm not upset with Dalvin. He's made his choice. I'm upset with us for lowering our self esteem by continuing making fools out of ourselves. If Joe wants to work him fine. Call the staff when he's ready to commit but enough.

Thomas was at least doing bs like throwing up the U for Pete and posting twitter nonsense wishing Golden a Happy Thanksgiving and congratulating Miami on a good season. Other than one interview when the dude was committed to Clemson where he mentioned that Miami was recruiting him hard, I don't think I've heard the kid say anything positive about UM.

Edit: Just read the "updated" interview that came out less than 24 hours after the interview that started this thread. This **** kid is playing games.

This is all from the movie "Who gives a crap." Last time I checked we have the leading rusher in Dade County and the leading rusher in Broward County commited to 2014 class. What are we talking about here, some kid the come in and RS next year and then be 4 or 5th string RB for a year and maybe get switched to DB cause there is just no room for him at RB. No wonder he wants to go somewhere, **** it looks like, anywhere else. I don't blame him, never like second fiddle myself and ***** that 5th fiddle stuff. Let him go to SEC where all the big, slow buffalo backs go to be used up and burnt out. At least there he will be the "fast" back. I love the two we have coming.

This was posted the same freaking day. One on Florida site and one on Miami's. Recruiting is weird, man.

rivals on canesports
-Cook says "it's a great chance" that he and Cane commitments Joseph Yearby and Trevor Darling all wind up attending the same college
- He's recruiting them to Florida
-"Miami's got a chance," "I'm not going to say they're out."
-"I was always a Devin Hester fan," called Miami his dream school
- chose to commit to UF because he felt Miami's chances of winning titles appeared shaky when he made the decision and because he says he was "very comfortable" at Florida and had a great relationship with coaches there. "I had to make the decision for myself,"
-UM keeps up its winning ways this season, "it will help"
- wants to play for a team that competes for national titles
-Alabama, USC, Texas, Arkansas and Louisville also in the mix
-EE, BUT he won't be able to take a lot of official visits
-"I talk to coach Hurlie Brown on a weekly basis," "I have a great relationship with him. He talks to me about everything, not just football
-"He said he's going to come see me, him and coach (Al) Golden."
Cook says Yearby and Darling are pushing hard for him to switch his commitment.
-"We try to recruit each other at the same time," Cook said. "It's kind of crazy because with them committed to the same school, we have the best relationship on the team."
-chance he switches his commitment "I don't know yet. I just have to keep feeling things out."

i whipped my butt with tissue paper harder the his commitment

He's been saying Miami "has a chance" since he committed to UF. There's nothing new here.

What's old news is him being a commit to another school yet listening to offers. It's so wishy washy - you're either committed or not. These types of fence sitters that are playing the game USUALLY disappoint in college.

first, matthew thomas made people think we were seriously in it. cook is clear he is in with gators. However, playing for an NC is not happening at Texas, USC, or Arkansas.

JUST LIKE A GATOR DONT PUT ALL THE STUFF HE SAID ABOUT MIAMI, DONT READ STUFF WRITTEN BY THEM DONT MATTER IF ITS THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO TIM TEBOW

It's actually smart for all recruits to keep their options open. What happens when a school suddenly has someone higher on the board interested and then the school drops them last minute? Or the coach recruiting them leaves or gets fired? Or they can't get into the school last minute? Stuff like that happens every year, so it's best to keep all options open. Now none of those scenarios may apply to Cook, who knows, but it's a thought. He should take all 5. All recruits should really.

STFU with this "Miami is my dream school" garbage. You know it's BS. We know it's BS. So stop lying.

I follow but why say your 100% committed and Miami's got a chance. Those things don't flow.

If he said he is 99.9% committed and Miami's got a chance, there is at least some area where this could be true.
