Don't care, just want them to compete and ball out. Hopefully we're up by so many points against multiple teams that both get a lot of playing time.

If the competition is really close, I prefer to shirt Emory and let Poff back up Ward. Play Emory a full half vs FAMU, Ball State, USF and Duke and let him air it out. Let him get a full 4 games then shirt him. But if he's clearly better than Poff, he should be #2.

No shirting Emory, he has to show now if he can play or not.

If Judd wins the backup job somehow, we are in a great situation. Other than that next year's starting QB isn't on this roster. Nickel maybe but he'll be a true freshman.

I like Poff. Still adjusting to P4, but I think he can be a good one. Also, I think people are discounting what he can do after a year in a P4 program. Could very well be in the mix next year.

Tbh, I don’t think any of our back up quarterbacks are that good, Reese probably looked the most accurate out of any of the backups. Let’s protect Cam Ward with all our might.
