DAILY DEBATE: What conference do you want Miami to join?

I like the matchups in the B1G - old school type games with Nebraska, Penn State, Ohio State, Washington, etc. and then I've always been intrigued with Oregon, USC, Michigan, and UCLA matchups for Miami. Then, I prefer the atmosphere, proximity, venues, and weather of the SEC.

Also, the "fluff" of the conferences... I'd much rather see Miami vs. South Carolina, Miss State, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt than I would Indiana, Illinois, Purdue, Northwestern, Rutgers, etc.

Not eager to spend Novembers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, East Lansing, either. I'd much rather be in Baton Rouge, Knoxville, Tuscaloosa, Athens, or Columbia. Also, depends where FSU goes. Another matchup we need to keep.

I'd say sec simply because it would be easier to get to games and I don't like freezing my *** off. I hate being a step child in the acc but I think it would be just as bad anywhere we go.

Logistically, the SEC makes the most sense but I just don’t see them being very welcoming and I doubt the gator would be accepting.

The B1G makes sense from an academic and profile sense but away games would be a nightmare logistically.

At this point, beggars can’t be choosy so whichever one would accept us is the way forward as long as we get out of the ACC.

Of the remaining options currently...BIG.
But that ****'s all gonna change within the next 5 yrs imo
