True freshman are going to struggle, even against lesser competition like FAMU. It’s a part of the development process. Yet fans are still complaining because said players don’t play like All-Americans.
 
Emory is the real backup QB.

We "fumbled the bag" for a big outside WR.

We called Clobie's bluff because we thought we may get Jeremiah Smith, and now we have no big outside "catch point" WR's.

If we had either the ceiling on this team is higher.

We have bigger outside catch and run WR's.
 
IMHO ,
We lost focus, Mario basically mentioned it going into halftime.
I don’t like it , after we scored (3) scores and brought in second level players we lost focus.

Even our second team units are just as good as starters and lost focus this bothers but is easily fixed by dropping them for a time being so they can see it’s not tolerated.

This score as I mentioned should have been.

Negative: We went for it on 4th down when we did not have to. It was strange.


Positive: Baron is incredible. There's not too many teams on our schedule who are going to be able to stop him without chipping him with a TE or FB.
 
Future defense is gonna be deep and talented.

We may be bringing in top portal QBs every year for the foreseeable future.

I don't have a problem with it. There will be situations where we have to and that is a good time to practice those situations.

I guess I can see that, however Kickers need to get into rhythm too and it was not out of his range.
Usually when you have a Lou Groza candidate you just let him do his thing.
 
who is NUMBER 35?!?!? Punt returner? little Giants jersey?

ray ray, obv but why put the Jersey on when there's not another #5 (CJ clark) in the play ?
