Stunned by the result, but I shouldn’t be. With the talent Nick Saban has...moreso than any other team in the country by a wide margin...he should have had at minimum five undefeated seasons this decade. And yet he always drops at least one game.

This game may be looked upon as we looked back on Alabama/Miami 1992 as the beginning of the end. Not that the talent level is suddenly cratering...it’s not. But Alabam was exposed, humiliated, and thoroughly defeated. Their mystique took a huge hit. I could see this game leaving a big hangover.
Furthermore, they’ll be so focused on getting revenge next year on Clemson that they’ll probably drop a conference game as well.
