Dabo Fires his OC, Brandon Streeter

Dam Mullen please

Gracias
Why does anybody think Dan mullen is coming? That man would be here already if he was joining the staff.

I really think we're going to be underwhelmed by whoever is our OC next year. Too many red flags at this point to believe we're getting a home run hire that's there's a positive consensus on.

Even Gattis was a mixed bag on this board at the time and he had just won the Broyles award.

I don’t think people think Mullen is coming.

It’s more of a wish, that 99.99999% isn’t happening, but he’s the type of OC that is needed making it all the more frustrating.

Unfortunately, I think you are right. Just would be nice is all

Soooo I see I'm not the only one who see this as a possible good thing.... As in, just hire Streeter lol. I mean, is he not better than Gattis?? I'm wondering why y'all so sad and hurt lol
I'm not defending Gattis, but how do you know that? You and everyone else are just basing this view from Clemson's record.

The Jimmys and the Joes make the OC look better or worse.

Most were happy when we got Gattis. That happiness was based on the success that Michigan had. Those who were happy with the hire assumed it would translate to us. It didn't.

Gattis has to take the blame. If he's retained, we'll see how much different players impact his offense or not.

One thing I do see value in is having year 2 with the same OC. A change in OC would mean that TVD would have a new OC and new offense to learn each and every year of his college career.

A program can't succeed playing musical chairs with it's OC. However, if Gattis doesn't get it done in year 2, he has to go. He's killing us in recruiting at WR and he's the WR coach as well as OC. His recruiting is a failure and that's a fireable offense in its own right. Ray Ray and Robby didn't come to Miami because of Gattis, so Gattis has a goose egg in recruiting IMO.

Completely ******* false. I pointed out his mediocre offenses from 2019-2020, his red flags from previous jobs where he demanded credit and was burning bridges out of pettiness, and the fact Michigan had the best OL in the country and it wouldn’t translate here. people who could get past the “broyles award” awe knew it wasn’t a good fit for Miami

Can anyone tell Mario to ******* hire DAN ******* MULLEN PLEASE best OC out there

I just don't understand how Dabo could fire anyone. God would never give up on anyone, and for Clemson's likeness to be built in the image of God, it seems Dabo has truly disregarded his faith in God by doing this to Streeter.
Didn’t god kick Job out before letting him back in? Never went to temple or church.

Now ladies & gentlemen of the court, I ask if The University of Miami had these results, would u be happy w/ a 1st yr OC? Would u be tempted to throw extra $$ his way to lock in said OC, so we can continue to build? Yeah? Well, this shows the difference between us today vs. these killers today. All of that chit means chit when u’re used to Nat’l Titles & CFP spots.
After these results he would get a 10 year contract and most of the BOT, Admin and fans would support it. This is why we are what we have been for 20 years. Supporting poor coaches over and over and never learning.

Sooooo, lemme get this str8:

Clemson wins 10+ games
Clemson wins the ACC Atlantic
Clemson wins the ACC
Clemson goes to a NY6 game
Clemson has the 30th ranked scoring offense
Clemson has the 48th ranked total offense

Yet, after one yr, they fired their OC b/c it wasn’t good enough?

Yet, here in Coral Gables we:
Did not qualify for a bowl game
Got embarrassed by a G5 & b-ball school
Had the 86th ranked Total O
Had the 97th ranked Scoring O

And somehow, our OC is still galavanting around The Hecht.

I’ve been a huge proponent to support Mario throughout the yr 1 woes, but I’ve been very clear that the gloves start coming off yr 2, & they r completely off by yr 3. It is inexcusable to go in to the 2022 season w/ a guy who’s a defensive guy by nature calling plays after what we just witnessed. I’m not sure who’s left that gives me confidence to take this offense to another level.
wed have thrown a parade and shouted everyone who criticized him to death.
