Without Clemson, what would the ACC look like and be perceived by the rest of the country and the governing bodies. Let them hold the reigns until we get back in the horse.

The thing to remember is that any year The U can catch fire like 2017 and the rest of college football be on life support shortly thereafter. They were all making appointment for medical checkups after the ND game. Memories, bad memories were dancing in their heads. Clemson was so focused on us stealing their air they forgot about Bama wanting revenge and got crushed a few weeks later.
Imagine we beat Pitt and WI that year. What would the recruiting class have looked like then? Is this the staff that does it? I don't know but it could be and then what u going do when them boys come to town?
