After this recruiting cycle wraps, would you guys consider doing a write-up grading the Coaches on staff as recruiters? Give some info on each Coach's specific strengths/weaknesses as recruiters in your opinions(connections/ability to relate with recruits/sell the program/success rate) and maybe list specific recruits (commits & misses) that each were responsible for.

I think it would give an interesting perspective on who the strongest recruiters are on the staff and why.
