With the D Line only getting 1 sack, would you guys keep the rotation the same or switch it up at all? Ive seen some of the posts on grading out, just curious perspective of others? Should Hill, Rousseau, or Harvey get more burn? Or would you guys keep it the same?

It was a hard game to get sacks in. Florida only threw beyond 5-8 yards about 3-4 times. They had a good plan.

Fair assessment for sure. It was just more of a curiosity question. Im not sure if hes earned it, but being from the 757, Im naturally a Hill fan too.

Secondary question... is Bolden better than Hall? I know he was a late addition to camp, but seemed to be a lot of hype around his transferring. A bit naive to his game.

Don't know about better but his range back there with hall will be great especially on passing downs.

so it would likely be Hall and Bolden, with Carter out?
Carter will be the starter as long as he performs unless bolden lives up to the hype and is just that good. But i see him playing a lot in the sub packages because carter is more of a in the box safety.

Garvin and Patchan were held all night as I’ve said. They will feast going forward. Need to see more of Hill, Rousseau and maybe Harvey. Silvera coming back soon will be huge.

That is what I was thinking, from what I remember and saw this year and in past Carter did play up like a true SS. The roster/depth seemed to show Bolden as a true FS, and have more ball skills than playing in the box. So wasnt sure if he would beat out Hall or what. I guess time will tell.

Very strange how a lot of posters on here aren't picking up that we rushed with 3 all night long. If you watched at home Herbie even spelled it out for you. We rushed 3 -- all to his right side (his preferred side) -- and when he rolled left we had Garvin waiting for him.

The DL doesn't need nothing. Against LSU we only had 2 sacks and 8 TFLs and we on to finish top 5 in TFL and sacks.

The only thing that needs fixing right now is the OL and a more shotgun spread based offense.

Amen to that... will only make us better. I know Garvin and Patchan played a ton, if there isnt that much of a drop off, seems we would rotate more to keep em fresh, but its easy to be a couch coach.

We really missed Gerald Willis. He was so disruptive in the middle that it forced a lot of one-on-one matchups that our D-Ends could dominate. Hopefully Nesta can be that guy when he returns.
