Mirabal is Mario’s Donofrio.

Nothing will change until Mario comes to terms that his offensive approach is holding this team back.

-OL penalties kill us
-RBs skills are not utilized
-TEs are not utilized.

Mirabal needs go as does Dawson.

Watch any college game and see how other offenses work.

Both had the same issues at Oregon,with plenty of OL talent there also.It's a pattern.
 
Those guys are joined at the hip. Hand in glove. Whatever. Hubris can be a *****, just go ask the ancient Greeks.
 
Those are def the changes that need to happen. Tight formations and condense line def comes from mirabal, play calling is Dawson.

I compared mirabal as his own Donofrio couple weeks ago and was down voted

This random assistant plays apart in Mario’s approach. To me he’s a symbol of his overall approach. If Mario comes to the realization that Mirabal is a problem that’s an indication he’s starting to realize his overall approach is the problem.

Whatever horse**** associate HC/Run Game Coordinator title that gives him influence over the offensive gameplan needs to be removed. Focus on coaching the O-Line and reducing pre-snap penalties that submarine the entire **** season.

Have the OC dictate how and what we do. Let Mirabal find a way to make that work to get best output out of our OLine. If our OC wants to spread things out, it's up to Mirabal to make sht work. Not the opposite way. If you build a great OLine you should not have to protect them nearly as much as we do.

Disagree strongly, Mirabal is just giving Mario what he wants.

Thats probably the only thing they can do this season to fix some of the offensive problems.
