King is a special person I know it's a business but he's no slouch of a player and his work ethic and leadership are rare an hard to find! Wish him nothin but the best! Coach, player, mentor King will be successful in life great person glad he was a Cane!
 
The more coaches and organizations that get to know this cat the better it is for everyone. He's the real deal. He'll help Carolina, but the exposure around the league will help him get a job when he's done playing. I love it for King. Ball out.

This is correct...Veterans on PS get like 16k...
As a non veteran if you are on PS for all season you make like 210k....not too bad

Lol. Bad attempt at humor on my part. Kyler Murray = short & quick QB. D'Eric King = short & quick QB. Thought maybe he would be playing a part in practice to get the defense ready. Although I guess he coud emulate Lamar to a certain extent as well.

Nah I see where you were coming from. I didn't look at the schedule but I remember checking last weekend and remembering it's Baltimore since that's who I planned on taking in my survivor pool.
 
In today’s podcast,@DMoney asked about Beck vs King. Unanimously, everyone chose Beck. I like the UHeard guys, but they made it seem as if it was a no-brainer. That blew my mind. I’m not saying that we would have made it to the national championship, but if you gave King : Mali, Fletcher, the best offensive line in college football, and last year‘s defense, they’re definitely a top four seed. Beck vs King, give me King

King doesn’t make it through a 16-game season. Especially when we faced off against the bigger lines in the playoff.

There’s only 1 other recent Cane I would have QBing that team last year besides Beck, and we all know who that is.*

*not including Mensah.
 
Rhett ran the perfect offense for king… I don’t think king would be as big time in this Dawson offense where accuracy is legit #1 trait needed…

I’ll always love kings time here he was a stud who led an exciting offense and wouldn’t be mad if he was brought back in some kinda coaching capacity
