CW costing us money?

The *** cruise I will be on this weekend only has one channel and it’s the CW. So we will all be sitting poolside watching the game, sipping pina coladas, and singing George Michael karaoke.

I was in one for Canes and nd. They had espn2, no espn. I streamed most of it.

We are being robbed by Michigan J. Frog. It's a travesty

"Wasnt available for everyone." Well, I hope Canes fans have no issues with it this week.
Go into the app and see if the game is on their live sports schedule. If it’s not showing it now then you won’t get it.

I downloaded their app and it is not on their upcoming live sports so I think the only way to watch it is if you have an over there antenna or something on your TV that will also play the local affiliate CW channel

It looks like their app does play the live CW channel. I’m just not sure what affiliate maybe it’s always the local.

Are you guys really this dense? Even if that were true (as someone else pointed out, I don’t think their app has live streams for sports), it’s still a separate app from what the general public is opening to watch football on Saturdays.

But whatever. We’ll be like the 6th highest viewed game this weekend at best, and everyone can come up with the next reason for why that’s the case.
we get it. the casual viewer looks to ESPN or the mainstream channels for their sports. They will just watch what's there and not "look" to see what's on the CW.

Yes, that will not add any viewers to Miami, in large part. But there will be a group of football fans who DO look to see where to watch the game.

At least we have options today.

In the 90’s only one network had MLB playoff games and if two were scheduled at the same time and you didn’t live in that region, you were SOL.

Same with the Canes years back. If it wasn’t a marquis matchup or you didn’t live in SFLA at the time or even if you did and it was blacked out. Radio only on **** AM that came and went like a single sneaker in a dryer.

And overseas military? You had one option, AFN. And that was one channel for 100 teams. I think there were two Canes games on AFN my first year in Germany. The 86 OU game and the Fiesta.

the NFL just aired a game on YouTube only and were arguing bout people not finding CW? lol.

tv guides let you filter by sports only and the game will show.

the app does broadcast the games and the live channel.

a lot of the rest is just nonsense complaining. people will watch the game.

Started my Hulu live tv 3 day free trial...

The CW channel the game is coming on is not available on the free CW app for me.

Right now the game channel is playing some sports talk show on Hulu live tv called GMFB and that's not on in any of the live channels offered in the CW app.

Based on what others have said that may not be the case everywhere. Im in Atlanta.

I just checked the guide for CW tomorrow at 4:30, and the game isn't showing. Shouldn't it be showing by now? Living in NE Pa does that have something to do with it?

It shows the game scheduled on their featured upcoming programming, but when
you click on into the game, it says it’s only available on broadcast TV and it gives you the local channel affiliate when you put in your ZIP Code so you have to have a cable provider for that or you can stream it on YouTube Hulu TV plus live sports or fubo

I’m in Atlanta and have Hulu.

When you go to the Live section, you can just go to the CW channel (the channel lineup is in alphabetical order). Another option is to use the menu of the left sidebar when you are within the “Live” section. Within the menu there is a Sports option. When you click on that, it will then show you all sports shows, games, etc., sorted by start time, on all your available channels.

Let me know if you have any other questions - happy to help!

Also here in Atlanta I believe CW is also called Peachtree TV. It’s WPCH.

I just got the free trial. So I'm set but does Hulu have the braves games? I have Fubo because when I got it thats all that had them other than Directv. Which I left because of the college football opening day fiasco.

Yup. In the early 90s you could see some of the weaker OOC games on a pay cable channel (Sports Channel?) and my dad was cheap so no dice there. Went to most games at the OB but the ones I couldn't I had to listen on the radio. I had to experience the excruciating 1992 8-7 Arizona Rusty Medaris career ending game on the radio.
