Exactly how I felt. Lost my mind and who knows what else during and after FIU so much that I was prepared for those last 2 losses. IF we can turn this around, it won't eliminate it from happening but at least it was a message that it CANNOT and WILL NOT happen again

Nah.

Until Blake is gone or at least has all of his football power handed over to Highsmith, the rest is all positive but basically meaningless. I’m not settling for a trajectory that sees us not losing to FIU and La Tech, I’ll feel hopeful again when we can see a trajectory that puts us on course to win the Coastal routinely and get back to being a perennial top 10 team that can compete with the big boys.

We’re not there yet.

That post of yours could be from 2006, 2020 or about any year in between. We have hope, we lose hope, season ends in disgrace. 45 days after the season ends, we find something to cling to... and we’re all pretty sure next season is when it all gets figured out.

That being said.. I totally agree. Some changes have been made that should make a world of difference.

Nobody has forgotten that. But it's nice to see immediate changes that so far appear to upgrade our most glaring issues for a change instead of watching guys like D'nofrio and Richt's son **** the bed without anything being done.

Don't think we've had a coach make multiple changes after year one since Jimmy. That alone is different.


Not saying we have anything figured out, but I had zero hope going into next year before he dumped Enos and Barry.
