This is 180 degrees backwards, but you wouldn't know otherwise, not having been part of anything successful. Winning is actually a result of a strong culture. People working hard and getting along and having a common vision is a strong culture, and those things lead to success. Not the other way around.

As for your second sentence, I'm glad we have a guy who has shown he can put P5 players in a position to win. We're in good hands.

They havent been a 10 win team since 2016. They won 10 in 2016. English language is complicated.
