When a coach at his previous stop was

1. forced to hire an OC because of a pathetic offense and
2. Fired for non-performance

Then perhaps we should take that under advisement the next time we make a hire. If we had to choose between hiring Al Golden after a successful tenure at Temple and Richt, who had just been fired by UGA, the sensible choice would have been Golden. Does anyone seriously doubt that Golden+Diaz > Rick+Diaz? It almost makes me want to cry since we are stuck with Rick.

Yeah...the offense was better under Golden. Speaks volumes about the state of the U today. tRicht's offense is unwatchable.

Golden was no better than RICHt. You’re discounting Dorito (respectfully)

RICHt offense = Golden defense

Diaz defense > Fisch/Coley offenses

Good lawd what would we be with

Fisch + Diaz?

Frustrating
 
Nice offense but man L'ville D is terrible. I'm pretty sure even 2 of the plays in our 4 play playbook would work vs them.

Its cuz our player arent good. Cuse recruits players that are much more talented than ours. Has nothing to do with scheme and play calling.

Maybe because he beat Clemson last year and then should have beat them again this season in Death Valley.

He’s doing this at Syracuse, not exactly a recruiting hot bed. He’s getting some Florida kids that not of the 4-5 Florida teams don’t want and recruits from the northeast that aren’t being recruited by many.
