He means that he doesn't like the intensity we practice with and level of emotion that he sees on Greentree
 
He just said "there are times you can't even tell that a football practice is going on". "It's often very quiet out there"
 
I've never heard Gary this *** whipped, al has broken the biggest homer going
 
if kaaya actually as good as people are saying and the O-line can hold up just a little bit, were going to win some games

and golden may have his job saved for the next 2 years

I don't see how media can judge a pace of practice when they are only out there for 15 minutes..

I actually wasted my time and listened to most of it live.

I thought Ferman contridicted himself throughout.

2 examples: he said he was worried about All the weight of the program on Kaayas shoulders, but then said you will see rosier in every meaningful game running a spread option package.

The other he hinted toward criticizing the staff ability to bring in talent, then next said well I really like what I see out of the QBs, I like all 4 RBs, I like the top 4 WRs, I like the group of TEs, and I really like the secondary.

Ferman really does have a ****** job. Its got to be hard to come up with enough bull**** to sell on Canesport. I bet there's not a day that goes by where he doesn't wish he did something else for a career. I'm surprised he hasn't David Carradined himself yet in the closet.

I'm not a GF fan, I actually don't like him .....but I didn't think he contradicted himself. He said there's talent at some position groupings but it's pretty much not a Mia caliber roster.

The offense will be on Kayaas shoulders , Rosier coming in to run gimmick plays doesn't make it any lighter on BK. The O will revolve around Brads arm and brain, he has complete control.

I thought he kept it very much realistic.

He also said there's no reason to expect more than eight wins, nothing has changed but lost talent. No staff changes , with questions about coaching still remaining.

I thought it was as honest as I've ever heard him. He's normally quite the homer, protecting the staff.

At least the last time I heard the podcast , sometime last year.

There is reason to expect more than 8 wins since we won 9 games two years with lesser talent and a comparable schedule. Looking at the roster, we do have Miami caliber talent across the board. As everyone has pointed out, OL is the biggest unknown; however, we aren't playing elite defenses in this conference for that to be a major concern against marginal teams. Although we don't have 2001 talent, we do have enough talent to win the ACC, while producing high caliber players for the draft.

We have nowhere near a Miami roster, a handful on O and a handul on D doesn't mean that's a Miami roster.

There's game changers sprinkled in.

Do we have enough talent to win the coastal ? Yes, I think we do. But we lost a ton of talent off a 6-7 team lol.

Let's be real ,this staff has proven they can't win games against good teams . The only way they could is maybe with a real Miami roster.

Anyone expecting 9 plus wins is more than likely setting themselves up. Especially with all the question marks.
