crowd was great

I dunno. On my TV, I saw too many FSU fans and heard that Warchant too often and too loudly! Didn't seem to quite match the intensity of last year's VaTech and ND wins.
Really? At the game, my wife and I both thought there were fewer FSU fans than in past years. Plus, they put their band in the top of the upper deck in the endzone. It was awesome. lol
Agreed it wasn't as electric as VT and ND last year early on, but the 2nd half was off the charts.

Been going to that game for years and it was by far the least amount of Fswho at a Canes game. And even semenholes that were there even talked about it. Only chant you heard was Canes fans mocking their chant.

It was very very loud. My head is pounding and my voice is gone. The crowd was a huge factor. Once the chain came out you just felt the crowd and the team come back. Then the second td poured fuel on the fire and it was a wrap.

I sensed that on tv. Our crowd clearly rejuvenated the team. The announcers were commenting on it

The FSU chant sounds louder because our fans sing “efffff you Seminolesssss” while it’s blaring. Kind of annoying because it just increases the sound.

fans were dead until the first turnover. But Brevin’s TD was the loudest I’ve heard the Rock since Bandy’s Pick 6 against ND last year. Place was loud AF the entire second half.

Get a new TV.

Being old fart, I was in tally for all those 80’s games where we beat them in the last second by every way possible. They would be doing that chant as we came back or stopped them or a kick was heading left or right. I have virtually all fond memories of that chant. We on now on two game heartbreak win string. This year they played there best game and loss. That is a very good thing.

Definitely fewer Florida State fans than normal.

This was the first huge game since the tennis courts and parking was a disaster. That won't be a popular topic but it's valid.

I got there 75 minutes before game time and the typical entrance road I have used toward Orange for 9 years was blocked off. The security cop apologized and said everybody else is saying the same thing but there's nothing they can do about it, since the lot filled so early and they were caught off guard. He told me I had to loop around in heavy traffic and head to another entrance.

I did that and it took more than 20 minutes only for that entrance to be locked out just as it was in sight. You should have seen everybody throw their arms up in disgust and disbelief, which was the same thing I was doing. We were diverted to another entrance but before we got anywhere near that one we were waved out of the lane and told that lot was full and locked also.

I saw two cars drive out of the lane and speed away. I'm not confident they attended the game at all. Luckily during one of our twists and turns I had seen a sign to a Lot 19, supposedly free parking, alongside a canal heading west. I looped around and headed there. If that gate had been closed I would have driven home in disgust and forgot about the game.

That #19 was open. I had to drive seemingly to the edge of the Everglades but I did get a spot. I didn't even mind the walk and the exercise...arriving in my seat 2 minutes before kickoff.

The guy who sits next to me never made it. That was a shock. We have known each other for years and he is always in his seat a half hour before kickoff. I texted him and he detailed an almost identical story to mine, but said he gave up and went to a sports bar. Then his son finally showed during the middle of the second quarter. He said his dad was content staying in the sports bar but since my text mentioned that Lot 19 the son decided to leave the sports bar and find that Lot 19. He did, and enjoyed the rest of the game. His dad didn't want to make that length of walk.

I'm not pretending this situation will apply to other games but the parking people need to get their act together for the huge games.

I was in the student section and it was as lit as I've ever seen it. After that second turnover I was going so apesh!t I almost passed out

I have no voice and basically no hearing. The first half was tough but when we went on our run that place was bananas. I can’t imagine a louder stadium that the Rock in that second half.

Lmao. No lie I actually got light headed from yelling so loudly after that second one. Legit felt like the roof was gonna blow off.
