Crowd Saturday night?

You’re supporting those players that are still trying. How is that bad?
Because that sends a message to Frenk and blake that “hey see everyone, it’s not that bad, we still have plenty of fans showing up supporting the Matrix” lol which in turn just keeps status quo in place. I’ve heard you say on here they only do something at this university when there called out, embarrassed and start losing money. Well an empty stadium accomplishes all those things. Leave the UM matrix and enter reality and demand more, starting with your wallet.

It’s like they do t even care about the players. It’s the only reason I’m still going. Imagine if that was your kid out there.
Fck the admin and manny but the team needs us as well.
Jimbo doesn’t beat Bama on a Saturday night unless it was at college station.
Kids have their heads hanging low. Let’s not add insult to injury.
For the past 18 years attendance has been cheeks and it hasn’t done anything to change the schools attitude about football.
Uva was a horrible atmosphere minimal attendance and yet Manuela still here and so is Blake.
I’ll be there to cheer those young men on cause the school sure as **** doesn’t care of only 5k show up cause the acc is gonna pay them regardless.
The reason the past 18 years attendance has been cheeks is because this university has **** on us fans with the make believe Corching hires that have been made in that time along with allowing the program to starve while picking its bones clean. Smh you want to show up and keep
Supporting that, then be my guest but then don’t complain when status quo ACC Corstal cellar dweller remains.

Dumb.

I’ll be there to support the team, not the Athletic director or coach.

We could have sellouts for the rest of the year and Manny would still be fired.

This is why some people in this fan base are so dumb. Manny is as good as gone.

But sure, let’s make ourselves look bad not only to potential recruits, but to potential head-coaching candidates.

Going to the game is not supporting mediocrity - it’s supporting the team. The coaches and the athletic director are just employees, they’re not the team. Plus guess what, I like watching Miami hurricanes football.

The only thing worse than shltty Miami Hurricanes football is no Miami Hurricanes football.
Respectfully disagree, My angle does not have to do anything to do with Blake or Manny; it’s all about the BOT at this point. Blake isn’t the focal problem either in this current moment as well (surprisingly enough) if the people above him have their thumbs up their keysters yelling with one another instead of getting actual **** done.

We are all aware what BOT members hate… negative publicity. Being called out in person. So if you want to go to the game to support the kids, fine. But a fair trade off would be if you wanted to Molotov ****tail the golden canes section with manure’s *****, and let them know in a very non-polite manner what you think of this purgatory state we’re in

I have to disagree with you here. Supporting this crap product by showing up is providing revenue that this athletic department hasn't earned. Voting with your feet is the ONLY thing fans can do to illustrate their disgust. It's the easiest, most jarring way to indicate that we've all checked out. Guess what got Golden fired early? That picture of Hard Rock being utterly empty towards the end of the Clemson game. He was gone regardless, but the toxicity helped speed it along, people had given up on the program. People like myself, we've made our feelings known when we were asked to renew for next season. I support the student athletes, I support them by demanding that they have competent leadership and I won't allow this school to benefit from my financial largesse until they make the proper moves that indicate that they are interested in being a world class program.

Most rational coaches can look at the product Miami is putting out and easily conclude "I wouldn't expect people to spend time and money to watch that crap either, no wonder why the attendance sucks". Coaches know that Miami football is a tough job, if you expect Gainesville attendance, where you can be mediocre and still get 70,000, then this job isn't for you.

Me and my son will be there. DGAF! Go Canes!
Ill be there with my son also rooting for our canes and to see all the young bucks play! this BS of not supporting the team is nonsense. True fans don't do this chit! One thing is being outrage with the leadership which is very well deserved another thing is supporting the players and the team. I'LL ALWAYS SUPPORT MY TEAM! GO CANES!

Not sure about your last statement. Would rather not have the football program if this is how they are going to run things into the ground!

Bingo.

I'll never question fans who attend even in the bad times. Always the right thing to support the team.

I also won't question anyone who chooses not to attend saturday, as I fully understand coming to the conclusion that there is a better use of one's time.

If you go you’re part of the problem at this point. It’s sad bc the kids should always be supported but the admin needs to know they’re a laughingstock…a 41-17 drubbing to NC St will wrap it up.
I can not stand Manny, but I hate this attitude even more. I believe supporting these kids is more important than some misguided philosophy that not showing up somehow gets a coach fired. Manny will have to stand on his record and coaching not attendance. I think everyone in this town, including school administration, knows this town supports winning, and the difference between 50k and 30k in attendance level when it comes to financial and school contributions.
