Criticism of the mopes

I'm a top 10 nope squad member and always believed that we have a clown HC when he was hired. Although If we win out and close savagely on NSD I can partially put down the mope syndrome......if he gets Flowe which is highly unlikely....but if he does it will slightly turn me into a believer...and we can't get bodied in our bowl game cause there isn't a challenge yet until then. The schedule of FIU and Duke is EZ work

There’s very little improvement. We’ve still played like garbage the last 3 games.

And to the extent there is improvement, it’s because it was hard not to improve after starting 2-4 vs FBS opponents with one of the wins being a close home win over CMU and one of the losses being at home to GT.

What does being a “mope” do, exactly?

Makes you smarter than everyone else if Manny doesn’t succeed? What kind of prize do you get for that? A car or house, I assume?

Allows your interests to match your lives? Miserable? I just honestly don’t get what being negative all day everyday brings people? Message board clout? So you can tell a bunch of strangers who you’ll never meet (and the vast majority of are wildly uneducated and unintelligent) “I told you so?”

Such an incredibly weird faction of people.

Sharing observations and putting forth a good argument that Manuela isn't going to meet the Miami standard (at least what is used to be) isn't being a mope...

its called being an adult...a quality in desperate short supply...

ALSO...putting forth a good argument that Manolo (I just threw up in my mouth) is going to meet the Miami standard isn't being a slurper...

that too is equally adult 101...

where most muppets on here go full Simple Jack is with the "you mope, clown, f[]ckboy, blah blah, blah, blah, die, die, die" because emotionally (as in child) they can't handle something different than their vacuous world view (as narrow as it is...like a soda straw)...

the best content on here is when the adults go back in forth with good arguments on their positions...that is what makes for a strong forum and I think the mods do fairly good job at it...

then again I'm just a booty troll...tickles me to no end that one...

maybe one day I'll aspire to be a middle food chain scavenger...so ferocious...

Manny is a clown but that doesn’t mean he can’t become a good coach. He was the wrong hire, but at this point I’m rooting for his development

I think this mope vs homer/slurper **** is played out. I never had a problem with the "mopes"and their perspectives, they had a lot of good points. Why I got ****ed at the "mopes" is during the run from CMU to Georgia Tech, they took to up voting and engaging with ******** like OP who is way more than likely not a cane fan.
