That was a horribly written blog post. They beat their chests about being right about UM wanting an experienced HC in light of Folden failing and then they talk about Cristobag who has less experience than Folden.

They don't know ****. They're just trying to make themselves look like they "called it".

Why not just let the local area high school coaches make the hire....

Yes because we know what Charlie strong can do with Miami caliber recruits. We have seen it at Louisville, we have seen it at Florida. He had the closest thing to a "real" Miami defense that I have seen in a long time. He is highly respected in the community and would be a very good hire for Miami. he doesn't fit in Texas at all, the community, with the highschool coaches, recruits. He is used to recruiting in Florida. Now for chud he has been here before and is one of the great offensive minds in football. He would put together a great staff and imagine his offensive mind with our players once again
 
I know Petey is well connected; and had this been another outlet reporting this I wouldn't fret. but coaching search is perhaps the best at coaching carousel rumors these guys success rate is probably 98%.

247 does have someone really plugged into bama on their site I think his name is lucky but he has tons of inside info on bama
