There is absolutely no reason he would be given his first chance at calling plays here. As nonsensical as it would be to hire him as a HC, I think there's an argument that hiring him as an OC is even more absurd.

I know this isn't truly happening, but how can anyone that wants what's best for Miami want Cristobal? I never thought guys like Rumph to be sharp, but these local guys supporting him is insane to me...

When Rumph was with the Deadskins, he sucked. Why should his opinion be influential anyway?

Not sure about that but I do think the local media is on the take for Mario. It is absolutely infuriating how they insist on propping him as a legitimate candidate for this job. They shoehorn his name into any article about the job even if they have no information or sources indicating that he is going to be interviewed.
