Implemented Create dark mode theme

Users should have the option to browse the site using a "dark" theme and this option should be the default when users have their browsers set to "dark mode".

I haven't created it yet, but I think you are seeing the old theme with dark around the edges. Click the paintbrush at the bottom fo the page.

I don't know if you noticed this about dark mode or not @Andrew or if you're still working on it, but the names under the recruiting and football tabs have are written in white text so they aren't visible in the background.

It should be only visible to staff, but you pretty much found why it’s not ready.
