University of Louisville's AD Tyre and President Bendapudi, both leaving. Tyre on a plane to Tallahassee, Bendapudi on a plane to College Station. Crazy times in loserville.

To clarify, Bendapudi to be president, Penn State. Tyre going to Tallahassee. Now, listening to KRD Cards radio, Randy Shannon's name has come up. Just heard Randy Shannon's name mentioned in this drama. I will try to go back and listen.

I go up there often. Wife’s fam is all from there. Like visiting especially in the summer but definitely couldn’t see myself living there

I was there many years ago. My best friend from college grew up there and I remember going there and to the Butchertown Pub in the Summer of 1986. I was back one time as an adult later in life but I was in and out for a meeting.
 
Update, Vince Tyre will not go to FSU. Now, that Bedapudi is gone, he may decline FSU's offer.
 
I was born here and live here, and I don’t enjoy it. The plan is to find a condo or like in Coral Gables when my son leaves for college in 4 years. The Covid/digital revolution may set me free (for Coral Gables) faster than I had hoped just a few years ago. Hopefully we have another ‘ship when I complete my grand migration.
