Cox is in ;)

What I don’t get is how was the SECN so smooth and transitional, but the ACCN has been a pain!?!

Are you saying $17 a month for Sunday Ticket or for the regional sports package to receive the ACC network? I am paying $1.80 a month for the regional sports package that has ACCN. Also getting NFL Sunday Ticket free which is normally $99 a month for 3 months.

$17 a month for the regional sports package. I paid for Sunday ticket separately. It’s really the only thing I have on my system. I also have U-verse, but you can’t get Sunday ticket on that. That’s why I have DIRECTV

I don’t know how you’re getting NFL Sunday ticket for free. I’ve had it for over 10 years so it must be one of those sign up deals, at some point believe me you’re gonna be paying them

Nah not worried about ever paying. I don’t even have a contract. Do you ever check your loyalty discounts? After being a customer for 10 years you should be able to get some sweet discounts. I mean check it...

Those TV Access Fees are all deducted later on the bill as well and when the credits roll off for the movie channels I just call and have them reapplied plus any other new offers. Oh and the Sunday Ticket...

Doesn’t directTV have it? Maybe there is a way to switch to that without having to buyout of a contract. I would think hoping for UVerse to pick up a new channel would be hopeless.

You can do that but now you have to get a satélite. I said never again to that.

I still can't believe that one of the locals down here in South Florida aren't going to rent it and pick it up. ACCN must be out of their minds with the fees they're trying to charge.

Fūck me

Xfinity called me the other day to see if I "knew about Xfinity mobile" I told the guy I did and would likely switch, but I'm dropping Xfinity if they don't add the ACC channel, he gave zero fcuks.

Good idea. Some years back I used their streams, usually from Europe, vand they'd have these ads that would pop up in center of picture.

Yeah those used to suck, but the top ones now are usually ad free... Grandma Streams I've noticed is solid if you see one of theirs

They aren’t quite as easy to deal since the merger. For instance, I had the full blown Premier package for years for slightly less than what’s on the bill now and the movie channel deals typically lasted 6 months instead of 3. Still, if you are willing to spend a little time talking to them you should be able to swing some sweet deals.

Lulz.... last time I called, they told me they couldn't discuss it with customers.

I am a retired ATT manager and had Uverse for years. When SBC bought ATT they said I am a retired Legacy AT&T manager and took away my discount. Really sucks since my bill has skyrocketed. Had Bright House before Uverse and it was horrendous, to many failures. Uverse has been solid but my old friends imply that ATT wants to drop Uverse and get everyone on their internet since they are putting fiber 1GB in so many neighborhoods and with the higher speeds many users are going to alternative services so they want that the internet part of the service plus they push DTV since they paid too much to purchase it. The NFL ticket has not proved as profitable as they thought it would be. If you complain about the cost of Uverse they offer DTV as being cheaper. I will probably go to DTV.
