Courtel Jenkins deserves his own thread.

Amazing how good LBs can look when they aren't fighting off guards five yards downfield.

Now we just need to stack quality DTs three deep.

Harris has been that dude on the edge!! Future looks bright af on the dline.. We should shirt wiche and let him get in shape.. He won't be in shape until last quarter of season

Everybody hangs on Chad's nuts, but this guy may end up being the gem of the class. Very impressive so far, especially considering the fact he's playing the one position where it's tough to make any impact as a true frosh.

Few guys standing out. Braxton, Owens, Courtel, KC looks like as advertised. My guy though is Trent Harris. Kid has just impressed from day 1 even though he was in Chads shadow a bit.

Good idea about Wyche. He's a juco, so I'm afraid if he shirts he'll have one outstanding year and take off for the league. He might end up like the Tez, who was fat and out of shape his junior year (first in the program) and blew up as a senior. I would love to see Wyche take the shirt and play here for two years. It looks like we have three guys on the roster now who can legitimately handle the nose position, that is, if Wyche gets in shape.

Courtel is hands down the surprise gem of his recruiting class and it cant be stated enough how much of a impact he could have for us, originally thought he would be a redshirt guy but **** am i glad i was wrong.

I don't think he's as much of a surprise as people think. I kept on reading stuff on him that he was really a stud, despite the lack of attention by the gurus. I expected a possible future star, but I didn't think he would look this good this early.

Any true freshman that can handle his own at nose tackle is a bad man.

Goldens classes are getting better each year. No way to know what could have been if not for Nevin.
