Mike "Sully" Sullivan started every game for the Canes from 1987 to 1990. During Sullivan's career, Miami was 44-4, won 2 national championships, 4-0 in bowl games and never lost a game at the Orange Bowl.

"Sully" went on to become an airline pilot and is credited with saving the lives of hundreds when a plane he piloted crash landed into the Hudson River in 2009.

There was a time when many thought Caesar had the size and physical tools to follow in the footsteps of the great UM defensive tackles like Jerome Brown, Russell Maryland and Cortez Kennedy.
