Could loss of manny Diaz

BJ was the person I have been wanting fired more than ANY of our coaches over the past 8 years (yes even more than No D and Golden). This guy is a LOSER and will never make the moves required to win in ANY sport.

If it wasn't clear by him allowing Golden to keep No D around or by not firing Golden until we got demolished on our field against Clemson, it should of been clear when he had Greg Schiano as the #2 choice for head coach. We need someone that these coaches respect, make no mistake about it BJ answers to Richt and is clearly a YES man. We need someone who demands excellence and accountability, which is the farthest thing that is happening with this football team. BJ is more than happy to just collect his paycheck and beg fans to buy tickets.

A good AD would have told Richt that it is UNACCEPTABLE to constantly be blaming the players after every game rather than taken accountability for it himself. He and his staff are the only ones getting paid so they need to prepare the team. A good AD would have forced Richt to hire an OC like FSU and USC. A good AD would demand an innovative young coaching hire like a Kingsbury or Briles to come in as OC and not a friend of Richt from 30 years ago when his plays still worked. A good AD would have fought to keep Manny Diaz in Miami and so on...

Until Blake James is fired don't expect changes to be made to win. Make no doubt about it, if we ever WIN a championship with BJ as our AD it is because it fell in our laps, not because he demanded the changes that got us there.

Preach!!!!!

A good AD understands that a HC works for him and not the other way around. Only a few HC run their respective schools and that kind of power is earned. BJ is in over his head. And poor leadership breeds poor results. Imagine CMR telling Pete Garcia that he wants to hire his son as a QB coach and call his own plays lol

Need an AD with the killer instinct like most SEC schools
Blake should be fired on the spot if Diaz would have stayed but money was an issue
Put the HCIW tag with a bump in pay
