could be a 3-4 sack game

@ShadowSpring @Yoyo423 I think the distinction is that there are QBs that look to run, and there are QBs that are not willing runners but still perfectly capable of doing so if the situation presents itself. Lagway can move, but I think he falls in the latter category. I don't think that's his preference. But I haven't watched much of him other than the tail end of the LSU game.

I could see him running more in this game. If he's struggling with accuracy and confidence, grinding out yards is better than an INT.

he had ONE first down run (for 7 yards) against USF....
He can run. He's not Dan Marino back there. Big dude that absolutely is mobile and can run. He scrambled a few times against USF. The DL will have to keep contain especially in shorter yardage plays. Hey but we can just send everybody all over the place and when he runs for a bunch of 1st downs you can come here an complain.

I didn't say he wants to run 1st. He can run and we have to keep contain. Defense 101.

You are right, 18 carries for 31 yards is very impressive................and he is more fragile than a decorative vase, so let him take a shot from one of our LB's or Safety's.

i hope and pray he decides to tuck and run
It's not just about running. The plays so far which have hurt us the most this year are when we lose contain and a WR pops open deep. We don't get too many true pass rush situations as OC's try to go to quick screen game etc to neutralize our DL. Somewhat mobile QB does the same thing.
