Every coach at the U should be on a 3 year string for renewal . I don't care if it was Vince Lombardi. Things happen... benefits both sides.. we should have learned our lesson with the last 3 coaches ...without giving them the cat, dog and the house.

Just like the kids - one year contracts.

I'm very optimistic that we will do better than that - but who knows...
