We can do both, SC had #1 class and their building will be announced this week.. Plus with Bill coming out of capital hill, NIL will be capped soon, time to break ground..
 
The new IPF expansion and weight room is incredible. And it was a smart decision/planning/luck to have an extra 30 yard side field indoor instead of 100 yard field only on the indoor. Allows for function (including connection to the weight rooms), larger viewing and a full practice indoors without missing a beat given weather in Miami and also larger roster sizes. It is probably the largest indoor facility and we are still able to keep a full 100 yard field and 70 yard field with space behind the 70 yard field to make it function like a full field from a practice/drills perspective. Plus a brand spanking new awesome football only weight room. All of this on our constrained Coral Gables campus. By contrast, FSU's new facility has a single 100 yard indoor, 1 full length field and a short field with neither the indoor or short field having extra functional space. Who's laughing now?

the annoying part of the ND facility reporting is acting like they are all of a sudden way ahead of everyone, when in actuality they were decades behind everyone, and just now got on the same level as everyone else... congrats on catching up!

In all honesty, that was also us for a long time.

Regardless, we better get all these donations in trust and in writing, am I right @Wake_Cane ?

completely true, and we got ripped to shreds for years about our facilities... I've never heard a peep about them being behind, and then pooffff, they constructed the greatest thing ever..

Does look good, USC is about to have their rollout that will probably overshadow them just that quickly and it just keeps going down the line as time goes on..

High schools rollout 100 yard indoors. I think UO knocked down their old to build a new one again lol.. Am excited to see the new weight room tho, that was a major need and hopefully we break ground asap on rest of facility. One of the pod guys says there is rumors that is back on deck and getting ramped up.. will take 3 years or so..

Amazes me that we fit that on campus. Having gone there in the 1990s, the amount of change that’s taken place is incredible given the relatively limited footprint.

Just don’t take away the barracudas, manatees, and feral, mutated ducks from Lake Osceola.
