Construction Update Carol Soffer IPF

Those Turf Tanks are sweet. I’ve cursed many a field painting machine back in the day.
 
How hard is it going to be to gain access to that rooftop patio ? Will it be open for tours ? I mean are we talking exclusively for exclusives ? Abella in beer filled tubs ?

Supposed to be ready to inhabit in (mid?) August.

I'd imagine that means the next 6-8 weeks involve punch lists and inspections.

I know that Coral Gables approved the dorms on the other side of the canal (for summer occupancy), so this should be "minor" in comparison...

We shall see...

I wonder what the deal is with the right side of the facility not being closed up at this point. Looks like they're missing panels still

Yes, it was my understanding that the far right side is going to have a big roll-up door (and I can speak to that, since my company makes those types of doors, among other products).

I'm certain that the door was "down" recently, when UM has been holding events inside the IPF (camps, recruiting, etc.), and that the IPF is not just a sweltering hotbox.
