Thanks, I had seen them before they were posted. My guess is soon after the IPF is finished, they start on the parking garage as the talk is now. The bottom floor is the training table and dining area for the players. When it is done, the players can use the training table, dining floor and the garage while the football operations facility is being built in front of it.
