Are we sure our facility is even still happening or are you saying we got lucky we didn't break ground yet and can hold off?

They've went radio silent about that facility since around October. They might be altering the scale and value of it. I think we still get something and extend the IPF but I doubt it's going to be $500M like they planned.

Hard to justify that in today's landscape in my opinion.

I still cannot believe that they paid that buyout. College football is all kinds of crazy. It'd actually kind of sick how so many just throw money around and they're all mostly chasing their own tales with little to no shot at a national championship.

The part of the plan that is physically the farthest away from the Towers will be done first (IPF expansion).

The parking garage will likely be done next, as the Towers replacement dorms are completed.

Finally, the football facility will be built to connect the parking garage to the IPF expansion.

Really hope they reconsider spending money on this. The landscape has changed so drastically in the last 6-12 months. Upgrading facilities has really gone down in ROI when it comes to recruiting.
