Stumbled across this video while on YouTube, THIS MAN IS SPEAKING THE FCKIN TRUTH. Ask yourself, in the last 15 years what is on the list of great things to come out of Miami? Besides the 2 UM 30 for 30s and the fckin Turnover chain.... NOTHING, not one revolutionary player in the league lighting it up rn, no recent championships...NOTHING, Miami as a program is on life support, we can only hold on to the stories of Ed Reed and Sean Taylor and Ray Lewis and the whole 2001 squad for too long, these kids nowadays don’t give a fck about how good Miami use to be, I know first hand, my little cousin was shocked when I told him Devin Hester use to play for the U, he cracked up and said why would anyone want play at Miami. The painful part about that exchange, is that I sounded as if I was trying to justify it to myself as well. All I could say was stay home and make the crib great, which rn is looking like a stupid slogan after this recruiting dud, and Nesta is one of my fav Canes but I wish he never came out with that slogan. This program is slowly going into its demise and the worst part about watching it’s slow death is knowing that all of this stupid shxt could’ve easily been avoided, the blueprint is right in front of these MFckers, we have the #2 defense in the Nation but ranked 94th in the Nation for offense, why the f*** would the 10th coaching spot go to the defense, RICHT HAS HAD NUMEROUS OPPORTUNITIES TO ELEVATE THIS PROGRAM, he should’ve push to extend Manny after finishing 10-3, he should’ve hit the recruiting trail immediately after finishing 10-3 instead of waiting on AH3 and being left with his d in his hand. He should’ve never started Rosier this season and even if we went 5-5 again, he should’ve been searching for an OC by the Virginia game. Every time I believe this program is making a positive step in the right direction, we make three backward *** moves. I’m honestly just done with this era in Miami football, I’m still a Cane until I Die, but just like the video says...it’s been constant mediocrity for 15 years, and I’m sorry but I will not put up with that.
