Brother... don't tell me your a golfer.

Lol! I have been golfing for about 2 years now because I had to learn for work haha. I am not very good, but I am slowly getting better. A lot of the guys I work with have been playing since they were kids so its a lot more natural for them. Do you play?

No... I tried a little a long time ago but nothing much. I played tennis all my life up to 10 years ago when I started with some back problems. But I also have friends that golf... should try it now LOL.

Lol believe me. If you asked me even 5 years ago if I would ever play Golf I would have laughed. The thing is a lot of business is done on the golf course and going golfing with the higher ups is the best way to get on their good side and become friendly with them. So I had to learn lol. I took like 20 classes or so on the weekends and now I hit the course or driving range to get a little bit better. I would much rather play a pickup game of basketball(I would really love to pad up and play football lol, but that time has passed). Honestly though you should try it again. It is a good way to stay active without really putting much stress on your back(unless the rotation of swinging the club hurts it). It is fun to have a couple beers and hit the course with your friends on a day off lol.

Believe me, there's a lot of activities I should be doing, I have a number of issues with my back and per my doctor atrophy is a bad thing, but then so is pain. My rheumatologist recommended it, besides he's an avid golfer... but what I do when the wife ok's it LOL, is go fishing, which has been my life long passion... along with Canes sports. Fvck dude I'm getting old! But I definitely don't need Viagra.

Sorry to hear that brother. Hopefully you can get the back as strong and healthy as possible. Lol! Atleast you have a hobby that you can enjoy. I have only went fishing a couple times with my friends from the U lol, but it was actually alot of fun. As long as you dont need viagra you are good!!!

Don't worry bro. The entire time I stay puffing on a blunt with a cup full of E&J. I hooked my golf cart up with some rims and I ride around bumping Lil boosie.
Brother... your welcome in my hood but we are going to be sipping 18 yr. single malt instead, oh and bring your own cue cause we're gonna hit the felt covered table.

Appreciate that brother! Always down to hustle some fools while sipping on some good scotch.
I left that out earlier... I used to play a mean stick... but I also saw some dudes that literally would not miss a shot. I never got so stupid drunk to fall for it... even though I may have looked shiit faced.

Nothing worse than a former player coming to the board to talk about himself.

Over and over and over and over and over again.
I haven't noticed that but then I haven't been active as long as you... I'm all ears though.
Actually recently I've been getting tired of the completely stupid posts from a person that has been flooding CIS with totally irrelevant garbage. I tried to be a nice guy but there's a limit. I'm always game for comedy and tongue in cheek wit but outright stupidity not so much.

Yup I Know exactly the type of guys you are talking about lol. We have them up here in NYC too. Basically the first guy to miss a shot ends up losing the game. Guys playing like they are Minnesota Fats. lol. I was a decent pool player. I loved the game, but I would not call myself great by any means. I play every chance I get though just for fun.

Apfenny should be the example for all former players.

He didn't come in all about himself. He came in with true love for the program.
