I thought it was a classy post as well. Hey, it hurts to lose a game like that. How many times have we wet the bed on the big stage the last 15 years like they did? Too freaking many. Brian Kelly is a fraud and until he is gone ND has no chance at a Natty. Don't languish 15 years like we did with frauds as head coaches. And when you do join the ACC please join the Atlantic Division. That way we only have to beat you up every two or three years instead of every year, lol.

I think it's only a matter of time before ND joins the ACC in football and wow what a conference that would be with Miami back to the elite status, VA Tech back to a perennial top 15-20 team, and ND consistently ranked, to compete with has for the last few years more or less been a Clemson/FSU battle.

You guys deserve every bit of the gloating that you are doing on this board, because the media and certainly the ND fan base doubted your team and said you didn't belong, but it was clear last night one team didn't belong and it wasn't Miami. Good luck and close the deal and bring home a Natty.

Not playing in a Conference Champ game is going to cost ND an opportunity at the playoffs. I hope ND joins the ACC and plays in the Coastal. That would be sick.

First off, props for coming over here after last night’s beat down.

Second, when, not if, you come into the ACC, you’ll probably come into the Atlantic Division, not the Coastal. I don’t think TPTB would want our two schools in the same division.

TPTB? That would suck. Miami and ND should play every year. Too good for College Football. If ND goes to the Atlantic then FSU or Clemson would move to the Coastal.

Since we have to play FSU every year anyway FSU should be in the Coastal and V Tech in the Atlantic.
 
Thanks for the kind words .Please understand though that this is the most nefarious Canes board and enemy fans should enter it and be prepared for the worst.

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, since we play the Vaginas every year too. At some point you have to try (to the degree possible) to make the competitive balance somewhat even between the two divisions. You can do that and still preserve the annual rivalry games.

A loss to an Atlantic team is treated the same as a Coastal loss. Now, it doesn't matter now because we elite again but when tie breakers are used, we always lost the tie breaker because FSU was beating us as a non-coastal opponent. That is why we didn't win the Coastal for 14 years. Now all that is over because Richt is our guy, along with Coach Cool and Manny, and this victory sets up our best recruiting class since 2008 with FSU and UF down. That is all I was pointing out. If we beat every coastal opponent but FSU, and they lose two coastal games, we win the Coastal. If we lost one Coastal game, and FSU, we lost most tie breakers.
