I think someone said $45MM.Do we know about what we ended up with given all
The playoff direct funds from ACC
Id think closer to $70MI think someone said $45MM.
I’m probably misremembering. Now that I think about it, I think the $45MM was what we were talking about the other day as the ACC average?Id think closer to $70M
$45M is about acc payout. But that should be before the ACCs performance based distribution method that we should be top 1-5 in, and then the like $21M CFP bonus we earned .. which puts us actually at average B1G payout levelI’m probably misremembering. Now that I think about it, I think the $45MM was what we were talking about the other day as the ACC average?
“We could have a player offered $20,000 by a business, [and] that player can’t just go do that — we have to report that to the [College Sports Commission],” Cherry said. “I’ve seen things where people are wondering why aren’t [players] going on and getting more NIL deals? Well, we got to get those approved, and the CSC could say, ‘No, that player’s value at North Texas is not maybe worth what a player at Texas or Texas Tech is worth.’”
Remember the good old days when as a fan you were just concerned about winning on the field and making sure the Canes had the opportunity to play for a natty if they deserved it? Oh well.$45M is about acc payout. But that should be before the ACCs performance based distribution method that we should be top 1-5 in, and then the like $21M CFP bonus we earned .. which puts us actually at average B1G payout level

How North Texas football navigates NIL and revenue-sharing amid roster turnover
In the past few years, North Texas football has felt the impact of the new landscape of collegiate athletics arguably more than anyone else.www.ntdaily.com
That's why those Nebraska players are going into arbitration about their NIL deals being rejected by the CSC. It was obvious from the beginning that the CSC was just a mechanism by the NCAA and other power brokers in college football to reaffirm their draconian power grip on the sport by any other means necessary.
