In FOUR years when there’s a verdict in 2029, FSU will be the ONLY team out

Keeping it in FLORIDA assures fsu will win
Nah ... FSU is out then Clemson, Miami, and whoever has a legit landing place in a P2 conference is out. But only the "brands" that have legit BIG GAME PROGRAMMING VALUE to the networks WILL HAVE a landing spot. That is why UNC wanted BB ... to up market the program with hopes of a P2 invite.

If these r private equity firms, there’s always fine print that corporations never read. Same pitch each time w dire consequences each time.
Come on, these are world class academic institutions. They don't just sign contracts without reading the small print like TV contracts or in this case, private equity funding. Well, at least the ACC would never do such a thing.

I’m not a lawyer, though I have several lawyers in my family. I was taught very young to read everything. As someone that has a fiduciary responsibility to my clients, I’ve maintained a very ethical policy of disclosing everything, including the off-putting fine print language (much to the chagrin of former employers, lol).

It’s amazing how many clients I’ve had who were lawyers, or other professionals in Corporate America that literally refuse to read the fine print! I’ve encouraged them to read all the terms & conditions even if I’m summarizing it, & they’ll say “Nah, I trust ya.”

Now I’m hella transparent, but in my head I’m like but what if I wasn’t? What if I’m trying to hide things that’ll make u second guess this policy? Furthermore; with the tangible evidence surrounding the dark side of Private Equity companies who are nothing more than pariahs, how do these big brands continue to put faith in their “influx of cash” promise??
