MEGA Conference Realignment and lawsuits Megathread: Stories, Tales, Lies, and Exaggerations

Last year you said BAD PUBLIC AIRING OF GRIEVANCES turns off B1G.

Miami is now PUBLICALLY AIRING GRIEVANCES.

Were you lying THEN or lying NOW?

Interesting how you omitted the word "BAD" between your first sentence and your second sentence.

Were you lying IN YOUR FIRST SENTENCE or lying IN YOUR SECOND SENTENCE?

Cody Campbell is a scumbag.

Yes, he is pulling out all the stops to support the PTTSA (Protect Texas Tech Sports Act).

He gets to label certain schools as a "Gang of Four" while draping himself in (false) sheep clothing.
Crazy work to want to fight to maintain your position in a little pond. Play it differently and they could have easily been team 23 or team 24 in a P2.

I don't understand what he has to gain from supporting it. Is it because he knows TT wouldn't get an invite to a P2?

Ive tried to educate people on this for over a decade, but people want to think the tin foil hat is just a theory. ESPN/ABC/Disney has both the SEC and ACC contracts. For the past 10 - 12 years, the ACC has officiated games with the intent of creating the following outcomes.

1) A Singular lion. It's typically been Clemson or FSU.

2) Bowl-eligible parity among all of the other teams.

They do not want the ACC to be seen as a powerful football conference. That's not what Disney wants. ACC viewership is dwarfed by SEC viewership. The last thing Disney wants is the ACC having four teams in the playoff, especially if they're beating SEC teams.
